Testimonials

“I think the Young Brain/Old Brain concept is brilliant. It’s both easy to grasp and true – for both everyday life and business. You need a Young Brain to be effective in both. I believe that I already have a relatively young brain but, thanks to the insights in your session, it is getting younger by the day now!”
MIKE TOMKINS, CHAIRMAN, M & M DIRECT

“Your presentation on Young Brains at our high level customer day was both outstanding and highly relevant. Our audience thoroughly enjoyed the presentation, particularly the managers and company leaders, and the feedback was excellent. It worked particularly well for IBS because it hit the nail on the head for both us and our customers.”

Corporate Social Responsibility: a crucial selling tool for the 21st Century

Genuine commitment to CSR involves both staff and customers at a gut level. Staff are now looking for meaning and significance in what they do. They want to bring more of themselves to work, and a coherent and high integrity CSR programme can help make this happen. Because CSR becomes part of the brand, customers come on board.

Tim’s tailored talks share uplifting insights from his new book You Can Be As Young As You Think, co-written with management scientist Chris Middleton.
The book explains how our mindsets can start ageing from our early twenties, with the result that Old Brain thinking starts to inhibit our ability to perform. We become less open to change, less creative, more risk-averse, and more negative in general.
To reverse this, Tim explains how to understand, and live, the Six Wisdoms of Youth. These enable us to plug more relevantly and more dynamically into today’s society, and into how our customers are thinking and behaving.
Young Brain Thinking means we can engage better with our colleagues and our customers and serve them better.
Tim’s talks inspire your colleagues to be more open, creative, enthusiastic, and innovative. To respond positively to change, rather than resist it. And to have more fun in their work.

Simply put, they will get more satisfaction from their work, and be better at it.

SHARPER LEADERSHIP, PEAK PERFORMANCE

Individuals and teams - and the leaders within them - can operate far more effectively, and fulfil much more of their potential, if they can re-find their Young Brains.

Tim shows your people how to get rid of their Old Brained anxieties, fears, doubts - and grumpiness - and get back to their excited, creative, youthful selves.

They will become more in touch with what is going on in society – and how their customers are feeling. They will anticipate changes in consumer tastes and will be more innovative, optimistic and enthusiastic – about their jobs, their markets and their lives.

YOUNG BRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE

Young Brains can empathise with their customers, and add value by making sure the service they give is relevant as well as full-hearted.

If some of your front line staff have Old Brains, they need this session. And if your backup staff have them too, so do they.
